# Psychoactive Substances Act 2016, Paragraph 3


Alcohol or alcoholic products.
In this paragraph—
“alcohol” means ethyl alcohol, and
“alcoholic product” means any product which—
(a)contains alcohol, and
(b)does not contain any psychoactive substance.
