  "heading": "Meaning of “prohibition order”",
  "text": "(1) In this Act a “prohibition order” means an order prohibiting the person against whom it is made from carrying on any prohibited activity or a prohibited activity of a description specified in the order.\n(2) A prohibition order may be made—\n(a) on application (see section 18), or\n(b) following conviction of an offence under any of sections 4 to 8 or a related offence (see section 19).\n(3) For the meaning of “prohibited activity”, see section 12.",
