  "text": "Provided alwayes and it is the true Intent and meaning of this present Act That all Accomptants to Their Majesties of all such Summe or Summs of Money soe by them recieved and Issued or to be recieved or issued as aforesaid shall render and make their respective Accompts in Their Majesties Court of Exchequer according to the usuall Course of the said Court Any thing contained in this Act to the contrary thereof notwithstanding",
