# The Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 3: Subordinate legislation amended


(1) The Construction Contracts (England and Wales) Exclusion Order 1998 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 4(2)(c)(v), at the end, insert the words “or the Auditor General for Wales”.
