# Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004, Paragraph 4


In section 3(4) of the Further Education Act 1985 (accounting provisions: local education authorities) after “Audit Commission Act 1998” insert “ or section 39 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 ”.
