# Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004, Paragraph 60


In section 70 (reviews and investigations by the Assembly relating to provision of health care), after subsection (3) insert—
“(3A) Before conducting a review under this section the Assembly must—
(a) consult the Auditor General for Wales, and
(b) take into account any relevant work done or being done by the Auditor General for Wales.”
