  "text": "(1) The WAO is to have 9 members.\n(2) They are to be—\n(a) 5 persons who are not employees of the WAO (“non-executive members”) (see Part 2 of this Schedule),\n(b) the Auditor General (see Part 3 of this Schedule), and\n(c) 3 employees of the WAO (“the employee members”) (see Parts 4 and 5 of this Schedule).",
