  "text": "(1) The members of the WAO (other than the Auditor General) are to be appointed in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule.\n(2) All appointments must be on merit.\n(3) A person cannot be appointed as a member of the WAO if the person is disqualified from being appointed on any of the grounds specified in Part 6 of this Schedule.\n(4) A person ceases to be a member of the WAO if the person is disqualified on any of those grounds.",
