# Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013, Paragraph 14


The duration of a temporary designation in relation to a circumstance referred to in paragraph 6—
(a) may not exceed 6 months, but
(b) may be extended once by the WAO in relation to that circumstance, with the agreement of the National Assembly, for up to a further 6 months.
