# Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013, Paragraph 33


(1) Section 28 (additional publicity for non-immediate reports) is amended as follows.
(2) For each reference to “an auditor” or “the auditor” substitute “ the Auditor General for Wales ”.
(3) Omit subsection (4).
