# Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013, Paragraph 35


(1) Section 30 (inspection of documents and questions at audit) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)—
(a) for “the auditor of those accounts” substitute “ the Auditor General for Wales ”, and
(b) for “the auditor” substitute “ the Auditor General ”.
(3) In subsection (3), for “a body's auditor” substitute “ the Auditor General for Wales ”.
