  "text": "(1) Section 37 (extraordinary audit) is amended as follows.\n(2) For each reference to “the Assembly” substitute “ the Welsh Ministers ”.\n(3) In subsection (1) omit “direct an auditor to”.\n(4) In subsection (4) omit “direct an auditor to”.\n(5) In subsection (5), omit paragraph (a).\n(6) In subsection (8), for “The Auditor General for Wales” substitute “ The Wales Audit Office ”.",
