# Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013, Paragraph 52


(1) Section 51 (social security references and reports to Secretary of State) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (2).
(3) In subsection (3), for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) made by him under section 22, and”.
