Section 53 (rights of Auditor General for Wales to documents and information: offences) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (b) of subsection (3), after “the Auditor General for Wales” insert “ or the Wales Audit Office ”.
(3)
In subsection (4), after “may be recovered” insert “ by the Wales Audit Office ”.
