# Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013, Paragraph 64


In subsection (1) of section 64C (voluntary provision of data), after “a person acting on his behalf” insert “ by virtue of a delegation made under section 18 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013 ”.
