Paragraph 69 I1

Section 67A (assistance by Auditor General to inspectorates) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), for “the Auditor General for Wales” substitute “ the Wales Audit Office ”.

At the end of subsection (2), after the word “agree”, insert “ , but any terms as to payment agreed by the Wales Audit Office must be made in accordance with a scheme for charging fees prepared under section 24 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013 ”.

After subsection (2), insert—

“(3)

Any sums charged in relation to assistance provided under this section may not exceed the full cost of providing that assistance.”.
