# Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013, Paragraph 81


In subsection (6) of section 1229 (supervision of Auditors General by the Independent Supervisor), after “to any person” insert “ or, in the case of the Auditor General for Wales, for payment by the Wales Audit Office of such a fine ”.
