  "text": "(1) Section 21 (special inspections) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (4)—\n(a) for “direct the Auditor General to” substitute “ request that the Auditor General ”, and\n(b) for “direction” substitute “ request, unless it is not reasonable to do so ”.\n(3) In subsection (5), for “direction” substitute “ request ”.\n(4) In subsection (6), for “giving a direction” substitute “ making a request ”.\n(5) In paragraph (b) of subsection (7), for “directed the Auditor General to” substitute “ requested that the Auditor General ”.",
