  "text": "(1) The WAO must, in such manner as it considers appropriate, monitor the exercise of the Auditor General's functions.\n(2) The WAO may provide advice to the Auditor General about the Auditor General's functions.\n(3) The Auditor General must have regard to any advice given.",
