Article 2 Annual reports and accounts of the regional development agencies
The functions of a regional development agency (other than the London Development Agency) under sections 14 (accounts and records), 15 (audit) and 17 (annual report) of the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998f1 shall be discharged by the Secretary of State in respect of any accounting period commencing after 31st March 2012.
