  "text": "(1) This section applies where a local authority and a Health Board are preparing an integration scheme.\n(2) The local authority and the Health Board must have regard to—\n(a) the integration planning principles (see section 4), and\n(b) the national health and wellbeing outcomes (see section 5).",
