# The Public Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 and come into force on 14th November 2013.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
