# The Public Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2016, Introduction: Introductory text


This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of drafting errors in S.S.I. 2015/446 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
