  "text": "In regulation 8 (appointment of deputy: supervision fees)—\n(a) for the heading substitute “Appointment of deputy: assessment and supervision fees”;\n(b) in paragraph (2), for “determine” substitute “assess”;\n(c) in paragraph (3)—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (a), for “type I (highest);” substitute “general; and”;\n(ii) omit sub-paragraph (aa);\n(iii) in sub-paragraph (b), for “type II (lower); and” substitute “minimal.”; and\n(iv) omit sub-paragraph (c);\n(d) after paragraph (3) insert—\n“(3A) Where the Public Guardian makes an assessment in accordance with paragraph (2) a fee shall be payable by P within 30 days of the date of the invoice for the fee.”;\n(e) for paragraph (4) substitute—\n“(4) Where the level of supervision assessed by the Public Guardian in accordance with paragraph (2) is—\n(a) “general”, an annual supervision fee shall be payable by P until the appointment of the deputy is terminated; and\n(b) “minimal”, an annual administration fee shall be payable by P until the appointment of the deputy is terminated.”;\n(f) in paragraph (5), for “paragraph (2)” substitute “paragraph (4)”; and\n(g) in paragraph (8), for “paragraph (2)” substitute “paragraphs (3A) and (4)”.",
