  "text": "In this Act, if not inconsistent with the context,—\n. . .\nThe expression “daily penalty” means a penalty for each day on which an offence is continued after conviction therefor:\nThe expressions “lands,” “premises,” “owner,” “street,” “house,” “drain,” and “sewer” have respectively the same meaning as in the Public Health Acts:\n. . .\n. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\nOther expressions to which a special meaning is assigned by the Public Health Act 1875, have respectively the same meaning in this Act as they have in that Act.",
