The Local Authority (Public Health, Health and Wellbeing Boards and Health Scrutiny) Regulations 2013f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 16(a) (onward processing of information by the Information Centre), omit the words “, including Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health”.
