# The Public Health Scotland Amendment Order 2023, Article 2: Amendment of the Public Health Scotland Order 2019


In article 4(2) of the Public Health Scotland Order 2019 (functions of the Board) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca) the power of the Scottish Ministers under section 40(1) of the Act (vaccination and immunisation), ”.
