  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order made by the Welsh Ministers amends the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017 (“the original Commencement Order”).\nArticle 3 of the original Commencement Order brings into force on 1 January 2018 provisions of the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 relating to the intimate piercing of children (Part 5 and section 94 for the purposes of Part 5).\nThis Order revokes article 3 of the original Commencement Order, which was included in error. Those provisions will be brought into force at a later date by a separate commencement order.",
