  "text": "(1) A power to make regulations under this Act—\n(a) is exercisable by statutory instrument;\n(b) includes power to make different provision for different purposes;\n(c) includes power to make supplementary, incidental, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision.\n(2) A statutory instrument containing any of the following may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales—\n(a) regulations made under section 6(5), 10(6), 11(5), 13, 15, 16, 17(3), 28(7) , 50(2) or 54A or paragraph 6 or 9 of Schedule 1;\n(b) regulations made under section 60, 62, 63, 66(10), 69(8), 70(3)(a) or (c), 93 or 94(1);\n(c) regulations made under section 108 or 110(2);\n(d) regulations made under section 125 that amend or repeal any provision of an Act of Parliament or a Measure or Act of the National Assembly for Wales.\n(3) Any other statutory instrument containing regulations made under this Act is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.",
