# The Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st January 2005.
