  "text": "(1) The Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999 is revoked except as provided for in paragraph (2).\n(2) The Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999 continues to apply in relation to a disclosure made before 1st October 2014.",
