  "text": "(1) The persons and descriptions of persons specified in the first column of the Schedule are prescribed for the purposes of section 43F of the Employment Rights Act 1996.\n(2) Each of the descriptions of matters in the second column of the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 43F of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in relation to the entry specified in the first column opposite that description of matters.",
