  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Schedule” means the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999.\n(3) In this Order (save where the context otherwise requires) references to entries are references to entries in the Schedule.",
