Article 7 Interim provisions

No trade secrets, know-how, commercially-sensitive information, intellectual property or any other information of a confidential or proprietary nature relating to the Mettis business may be disclosed or transferred, directly or indirectly, by Mettis (or any of its employees, directors, agents or affiliates) to any member of the Aerostar group (or any employees, directors, agents or affiliates of a member of the Aerostar group).
