Article 5 Registration

Article 9 of the Scheme shall be amended:—

(a)

by substituting for paragraph (1) the following paragraph—

“(1)

Public Lending Right in respect of a book may, and may only, be registered if—

(a)

the book is an eligible book, and

(b)

application in that behalf is made in accordance with Articles 14 and 17.”;

(b)

in paragraph (3) by substituting for sub-paragraph (b) the following sub-paragraph:—

“(b)

application in that behalf is made in accordance with Articles 14 and 17.”.
