  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the provisions of the Public Lending Right Scheme under which the amount (if any) payable in respect of loans of a particular book from public libraries in a particular year is calculated. The sum attributed to each loan for the purpose of the calculation is changed from 1.20p to 1.12p.",
