# The Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 (Commencement) Order 1982, Paragraph 22: Applications for transfer

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Every application for registration of a transfer of Public Lending Right shall satisfy the requirements of Article 14 and be made by delivery at the registry.
