# The Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 (Commencement) Order 1982, Paragraph 41: Provision of book loan data

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Each local library authority shall submit to the Board, in such form, at such intervals and in respect of such periods as the Board may direct, a return of the total number of occasions on which the books comprised in all its collections were the subject of loans.
