  "text": "(1) Any person who commits an offence under section two of this Act shall be liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding one hundred pounds, or to both such imprisonment and fine, or, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding five hundred pounds, or to both such imprisonment and fine.\n(2) Any person guilty of any offence under this Act other than an offence under section two . . . shall be liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale, or to both such imprisonment and fine.\n(3) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
