  "text": "(1) Anything seized by a constable under Article 23A or 23B may be retained in accordance with regulations made by the Department of Justice under this Article.\n(2) The Department of Justice may make regulations regulating the retention and safe keeping, and the disposal and destruction in prescribed circumstances, of such things.\n(3) Regulations made under this Article shall be subject to negative resolution.",
