# The Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (Commencement) Order 1981, Note: Explanatory note


By this Order 30th October 1981 is appointed as the day on which the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (an Act to consolidate certain enactments relating to public passenger vehicles) comes into force.
