  "text": "(1) Regulations must provide that while any property is in the custody of a nominated custodian, it is the duty of the nominated custodian to take such steps as are necessary for the safe custody of that property.\n(2) Any such provision is subject to the powers of the nominated custodian to sell or destroy property by virtue of this Schedule.",
