# Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981, Paragraph 17

In section 7(1) of that Act—

(b) in the definition of “public service vehicle” for the words “Part III of the Road Traffic Act 1960” there shall be substituted the words “ the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 ”.
