# The Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Guidelines) Order 2005, Article 2: Revised Guidelines


The revised guidelines laid in draft before Parliament on 24th March 2005 as to the exercise by the Commission of its functions under section 8 and 9A of the 1998 Act in respect of any public procession or protest meeting held, or proposed to be held, on or after 14th May 2005 shall come into operation on 15th April 2005.
