Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2016/7 of 5th January 2016 establishing the standard form for the European Single Procurement Document^f1 is amended as follows.

(b)

for “European single procurement document” substitute “Single Procurement Document”,

(c)

for “Article 59 of Directive 2014/24/EU” substitute “regulation 60 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015^f2”.
