# The Public Procurement (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Procurement (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st October 2011.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the Public Contracts Regulations” means the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 ; and
“the Utilities Contracts Regulations” means the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 .
