# The Public Procurement (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 8: Time limits and service of proceedings: saving of Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011


Regulation 26 does not affect any proceedings where the date of knowledge has occurred before 1st October 2011.
