  "text": "RETAINED EU LAW REFORM\nPUBLIC PROCUREMENT\nSift requirements satisfied 1st April 2025\nMade 24th April 2025\nLaid before Parliament 25th April 2025\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)\nThe Minister for the Cabinet Office makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (“the Act”).\nThe Minister for the Cabinet Office is a relevant national authority for the purposes of section 14(1) of the Act.\nThe requirements of paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 5 to the Act (relating to the appropriate Parliamentary procedure for these Regulations) have been satisfied.",
