# The Public Procurement (Revocation) Regulations 2025, Regulation 2: Revocations


(1) The instrument listed in Part 1 of the Schedule is revoked to the extent specified.
(2) The instruments in Part 2 of the Schedule are revoked in their entirety.
(3) In the Schedule—
(a) Part 1 lists subordinate legislation;
(b) Part 2 lists assimilated law.
