  "text": "Public Records\nMade 16th September 2015\nComing into force 17th September 2015\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 2(8) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
